The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is the UK’s compensation fund of last resort for customers of firms authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Brief
Design a new toolkit for FSCS employees, based around a Career Pathway model for promotion/development opportunities, that employees can complete on their laptops. The aim, for employees to take responsibility for their own development.
Solution
An engaging PDF using interactive graphics and form fields to engage employees and record goals, skills, knowledge and experience.
